Portfolio Corrections Form

Test and Quick Check Corrections Form

The best way to raise your grade is by correcting portfolios and tests! Follow these instructions to raise your grade:

  1. Go to your Grade Book

  2. Go to English 9

  3. Look at your Test and Portfolio scores. Find a score that is low and you are unhappy with. 

  4. Click on the number of points you have on the Test or Portfolio. 

  5. Your grading information will come up.

  6. Read more corrections information below.

  7. Open the Corrections Template linked above. Follow directions on the template and submit to me through WebMail.

Quick Check / Test Corrections

  1. The template to submit corrections to me via WebMail is linked at the top of this page. 

  2. You can make corrections on any tests or quick checks (1 attempt per assignment) for full credit.

  3. If the "Explanation" or "Revised Response" for SAQs is not thorough and well thought out, you will not receive credit for that question.

Portfolios

  1. To correct a portfolio, read the feedback I gave on the assignment and correct what needs fixed.

  2. Send me the corrected copy through WebMail and I will update your grade for full credit.
    Hint: Be sure to look at the PORTFOLIOS page of my website, for helpful instructions for each and every portfolio!

Sample Work cannot be redone. ​ Please complete Sample Work BEFORE taking your unit test.
